AuraQuiz ("we", "our", or "us") provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our App, to administer your use of the App, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate the App.

• Account Information: When you create an account via Google, Apple, or Email, we collect your email address and public profile information.
• Service Data: We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore to manage your account, store your quiz statistics, streaks, and qCredits balance.
• AI Content Generation: Topic strings provided for quiz generation are processed via Google Gemini API. No personal identifiers are shared with the AI model.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers "Premium Subscription" which provides recurring credits and an ad-free experience.

• Payment: Will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Pricing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Advertising and Analytics

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads or measure ad performance. We use RevenueCat to manage the state of your purchases and subscriptions across devices.

4. Data Security and Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). We implement administrative and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You have the right to delete your account at any time. This can be done via the "Delete Account" button in the Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, quiz history, and credits will be permanently removed from our active databases.
